Not-For-Profit: The ONE Program

We are currently collaborating with the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, the Pfau Foundation and the Haile/US Bank Foundation to conduct an ongoing thought leadership program for Not-for-Profit organizations. 

Entitled "ONE" ("Organizations of Noteworthy Excellence"), the program is designed to promote organizational excellence in local NFPs by promoting utilization of the guidelines promulgated in the new national Baldrige Criteria for NFP organizations. The firm is in the third year of driving this process in Cincinnati and intends to expand this service into the Columbus and Dayton markets.  The ONE program offers the following benefits to not-for-profit organizations who participate in the application process:

• An organizational assessment prepared by examiners with expertise in the not-for-profit sector;
• Recognition for operational excellence in four categories (performance, principle, process and people);
• Grants of $2,500 for the winner of each category; and
• A $10,000 cash prize for the overall award for best in class.
