Frank Steele

Frank is the firmwide Director of Talent Optimization. Working from Cincinnati, he directs the firm’s talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, as well as operational management of the firm’s Mumbai location. He is actively engaged with firmwide employee engagement programs and enjoys working with the Learning and Development Team on DiSC, emotional intelligence, and leadership initiatives.

Frank’s background includes more than 25 years of talent acquisition experience from strategic and functional levels, in a variety of industries including professional services, transportation, and banking. He has managed and facilitated training and educational programs for internal and external audiences on a variety of topics and loves nothing more than cultivating cultures of inclusion, respect, collaboration, and excellence.
