Jenny Harmon

As a Director in Healthcare Consulting, Jenny is involved in all aspects of physician practice, ASC, and some hospital management including practice management consulting, billing and coding, financial statement setup and review, contract negotiation, expense review, benefits consulting, and workflow process improvement. Jenny’s passion is making healthcare entities successful. She specializes in healthcare, with an extensive background of almost 35 years in the healthcare industry.

Jenny has worked in several specialty practices including Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Otolaryngology. She has worked with practices in all stages of development from start-up to succession planning. Jenny has assisted hospitals with physician practice management and developing physician networks.

Jenny has a specialty in physician compensation plan design, along with experience in practice evaluation and fixed asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions and management of tax compliance activities. Jenny focuses on being a valuable resource for her clients. Additionally, she can use her tax background to address the financial and tax implications of activities for both the entities and individuals involved.
