John Parks

John is a Shareholder who performs reviews and compilations for clients in manufacturing and commercial services industries. He specializes in employee benefit plan audits and is well-versed in the complex area of ERISA compliance.

John keeps abreast of EBPA developments related to compliance, enforcement, accounting, and operational issues. He performs limited or full-scope audits, primarily for large, privately owned companies. He is experienced in auditing defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, health and welfare plans, and both qualified and non-qualified plans. John understands that highly scrutinized employee benefit plan audits require exceptional execution, and he is always up for the challenge. His clients recognize that John is extremely service-oriented, offering both impressive technical ability and wise counsel.

John has over 25 years of experience with CSH. He has served as Treasurer of the Middletown Jaycees, and for more than a decade has acted as a co-chair of the major gift presentation for the Channel 14/16 PBS Great TV Auction. He is also involved in fundraisers for The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty.
