Sean McGrory

Sean leads the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Industry practice, serving contractors, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals. The client engagements he leads include providing accounting, audit, transaction support, risk management, organizational development, and business advisory services to a range of middle-market companies. These include organizations with a variety of ownership structures including family or closely held ownership, and private equity investors. He has a well-developed specialty in transaction support including due diligence and quality-of-earnings, agreed-upon procedures, offering memoranda and registration statements. Other areas of emphasis include budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, international transactions, investor reporting, and financing.

Sean’s over 30-year career includes more than a decade with an international accounting firm, where he spent two years in London as their US Liaison Partner for Europe. Sean served for four years in industry as CFO for one of the area’s most prominent commercial real estate groups. His management insight translates into excellent client service. He is uniquely positioned to truly understand and meet the needs of the boards, owners, CEOs, and CFOs who rely on his counsel.
