He thrives on change, and the opportunity under any change to create value or minimize risk for his clients in the face of change.

Phil provides direction and leadership for the firm, while also applying his technical and business advisory knowledge to help clients achieve their goals. Leveraging many years of Big Four and management consulting experience, Phil applies his dynamic relationship skills to create collaborative, trusted-advisor experiences for his team and clients.
