Known for her customer-centric approach, her clients appreciate how she always looks out for their best interests. Cathleen has over 25 years of HR consulting experience providing human resources support for companies ranging from 5 to 500+ employees in a wide array of industries including warehousing, manufacturing, healthcare, customer service, technology, insurance, and retail.

Joe Brown is a Managing Director for CSC. Joe is responsible for leading and growing CSC’s Operational Excellence practice. He specializes in serving clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry as well as clients interested in improving their transactional business processes. He has an extensive background in aerospace, medical device, medical diagnostics, and industrial tooling.
