With over two decades of experience, Luke serves a diverse portfolio of clients across the nonprofit, municipal, construction, real estate, and affordable housing sectors—bringing a forward-thinking approach to audit and advisory services that helps organizations navigate complexity and plan confidently for the future.

Known for his hands-on leadership and collaborative style, Luke has built long-standing relationships with organizations across Michigan, including those that have returned to CSH after experiencing the difference in service quality and strategic insight he delivers. He is a key contributor to firmwide initiatives, including proposal development, client onboarding, and staff mentorship, and is often called upon to lead high-impact engagements and resolve complex accounting challenges.
